The New Year (2020) is upon us. We're all busy making resolutions, trying to figure out what we are going to start and do. Today's podcast episode is going to be a little unorthodox because I'm going to have you start from the end in mind.

We will be doing a death meditation.

I'm going to ask you guys to play full out on this exercise for the full effects of this meditation to work. 

Make sure you find a comfortable place where you won't be bothered for at least 5 minutes. Quick PSA, please don't do this while you're driving. This death meditation is an exercise. Let's not make it a reality.
