There are gyms in nearly all towns, on virtually every street corner, and yet we still have an epidemic of obesity, with many people unhealthy and less satisfied in their appearance than ever before. 


In this episode we cover what you are currently being offered by the health industry at large, when it comes to weight loss and transforming your appearance as well as our solution to truly empowering you to transform, learn about the process and then hold onto the progress you have made for life.


First Half


Mike and I  begin by detailing the criticism with logic behind why the current industry model is failing most people that attempt it.


When bombarded with before and after pics on social media platforms Mike and I identify the differences between the number of people that actually participated vs the number of transformations you are being shown, which is a much lower success rate.


We explain the problems with sustaining the after affects of a transformation and we also touch upon the rarer cases of people who need to transform themselves by gaining weight, not losing it!


We conclude the first half by debunking some of the less useful pills and potions that have glowing marketing but low success rates. 


Also included is an insight into the psychology being used on you by marketing firms to get you to comply with sub standard products and practices.


We hope that by knowing this, it will help a good many of you to spot it and not fall into future problems.


Second Half


In the second half of the podcast we talk you through The Profound Fitness 5 step approach to TRUE Transformation and highlight how we are different from most of everything that is out there.
