Having a strong well functioning body seems to carry over directly to feeling more confident and positive about life.
It also appears that this mindset bonus arrives automatically for many people, and although you may not come to the gym to improve such things as confidence it happens many times as a byproduct of such training.
We discuss the 2 things that will sabotage your good progress, 1 being uncoachable and 2 not folloiwiung the prohramme!
We also talk aboiut the knock on effects for strength training in relation to less sick days and being able to be more productive.
Although sports only work well for some people and only draw from certain demographics as Byron discusses strength training and it's benefits are accessible to a much wider group of people, including the ones at school who were not picked for teams and not very athletic.
