In Episode #3 of the PHYT For Tomorrow we feature a patient story from Brian Darcy and whats worked for him in fixing his mid shoulder blade pain.  Pain between the shoulder blades is extremely common.  It is especially pronounced in people who sit for their jobs.  What's interesting about Brian's story is the difficulty we had correcting this.  Multiple therapists including myself a few times with very limited relief, shoulder surgery, multiple different injections and finally a focused flexibility routine and soft tissue therapy that worked.  We have included the building blocks to this routine below.  It includes dry needling, cupping, manual therapy and the following strength and flexibility work.

These are examples and do not replace medical advice.  Contact us for a full assessment.
