In this episode of the PHYT For Tomorrow Podcast we talk with Karl Jacobsen. Karl is an excellent strength coach and personal trainer.   Karl works with a mix of high level, pro, college, and high school basketball athletes as well as personal training the working adult.  Karl has the great ability to create systems and planning in his training to keep his workouts with his athletes safe and successful.

In this episode we dive into some of Karl's training philosophies and the differences in his programming when training pro athletes compared to new exercisers and working adults.  In the back half of the episode we dive more into what he has done for his own business and personally for time management, exercise and nutrition. 

This is a great episode especially for the newer strength coach or someone looking to improve their own training program.
