Everyday I hear from people saying that they want help managing their stress and anxiety better, and feel less 'in their head' which leads to greater connection and feelings of being more grounded.

I ALWAYS recommend some form of meditation - as it helps us land in our body through giving us something else to focus on - eg the breath, a mantras, etc.

I know that time and not knowing 'what to do' can hinder people, so I also always say START SMALL!

Try this 2 minute reset any time of the day and trust this is a great place to begin your practice of tuning in and grounding your energy.
