You need to get out of your own way. I have so many clients that come to me and are in the weeds of their business. They’re stuck in a small business mindset, for lack of a better term. They want to move forward but they just can’t seem to get out of their own way to do so. They’re subconsciously staying on the hamster wheel out of fear of failure, fear of success, and fear of the unknown.

I share this with you guys because I think it’s an important message that I’m sure some of us need to hear. Most of my clients that are in this place can’t figure out how to get from point A to point B (or are making it incredibly hard when it doesn’t have to be). I wanted to talk to you about what some of those self-sabotaging behaviors are and how you’re getting in your own way and preventing your success. Often with entrepreneurs, they’ll create something like a funnel for their product and keep fiddling with it. They’ll spend weeks working on it and trying to figure out how to do it and it still won’t be right. Rather than delegating that work to someone who knows how to do it well, they will hem and haw over it in this space where they’re just stuck. It’s not a great place to be.

One of the most common things that I see is clients who never launch, are never happy with the results, and who have this fear of moving forward. Many of them won’t hire someone when they desperately need to, because they don’t want to see results and have to keep growing and facing new challenges. If you want to finally get yourself out of the weeds and get unstuck from your business, you have to listen to this episode.
