You’re glowing. Pregnancy looks great on you. You can barely tell you’re pregnant.  These are all "compliments" you may get while growing a human inside of you but it’s not always peaches and cream when going through the different stages of pregnancy.  We are HERE to discuss the not-so-pretty symptoms of pregnancy. From working out during pregnancy and sex, to food aversions and changing nipples. Kelly found that people often talked only about their joys of pregnancy (and there are LOTS) but people wouldn’t always elaborate on what might be a negative side effect. The topics in this episode are not limited to everything that was experienced but is a start of what to prepare for. Don’t be afraid to talk about these things ladies, especially to your partners.  Don’t ever feel like you’re being too much, or asking too many questions.  If we could give one piece of advice, it would be to try your best not to compare your pregnancy, and what you choose to do, to others’ pregnancies because they are all so different. For everyone else,  PLEASE keep your opinions about a woman’s body and child-rearing practices to yourself - it can be really harmful when trying to raise a child with so much unsolicited outside input. Let's form the village it takes to raise our kids and try to be less judgmental and pushy on the things you feel is right. There are SO many ways to raise a successful person.  Find a healthcare provider of your choice that you feel supported by and comfortable to approach with anything your pregnancy brings on for you.  There might also be a section where Kelly shares the sex of her baby!!!
