An ode to frontline workers around the world.

We sat down (virtually) with podcast listener and friend, Meghan who is a nurse on the COVID unit at the hospital she works at.  We wanted to take this opportunity to find out what a day in the life looks like for her and how she manages her anxiety during this time.  We are so thankful for every single worker who has stepped up and put themselves on the frontline during this pandemic.  Whether you are a truck driver, post office worker, grocery store attendant, etc.  We appreciate the crap out of you!  Meghan talked about how her social and personal life has changed drastically since the pandemic started and the feelings of guilt when deciding to go out in any capacity. This episode is incredibly important to capture not only the lives of the frontline workers and what they go through but also anyone who is suffering with anxiety during the last year.  Be kind to yourself and others, wear a mask and let’s get through this crazy time together.
