Today, we live in a world run by social media. The amount of health related news that is pushed into our view EVERYDAY makes it hard to know what is really beneficial for us and what could be classified as a trend.  Thankfully, we found Liz, who is a Holistic Wellness Coach here to let us know about the mind-body connection and how it relates to our gut health.  Are we doing everything we can to ensure our body is in working order?  Do you have digestive issues that you have chalked up as “normal” and feel there is nothing you can do to improve it?  Liz shared so much good information about how we can treat our body well and increase its function along with some awesome tips and tricks for treating yourself naturally. In this episode, we talked a lot about IBS and how even if you’re not diagnosed with the syndrome itself, there are still things you can do to help regulate your digestive system.  We all have stress in our lives which can impact our whole body immensely. We touch on what happens when your body is in a state of inflammation and what to do to remove the inflammation without the use of drugs.  Kelly also picked Liz’s brain about how all of this information differs if you are pregnant and having digestive issues, too.
