Feeling uncertain? Not sure what to do about it? Remember that in times like these we have to live our way into a new way of thinking and being. We don’t think our way into a new way of living.

.

Uncertainty is the only certainty guaranteed in our lives! "Making friends with uncertainty," is allowing one's self to feel the discomfort of not knowing, while getting active in our own recovery. In this episode I share a few thoughts on the current pandemic and 7 ideas on how to manage your stress.

"Try to see this moment in the light of eternity." "You've overcome difficult things before, you can do it again." "Slow down." Meditation/breath work "Replace rigid expectations with actions." "Get out that journal."  "Plan things to look forward to." "Instead of looking to be right all the time, it's remembering to be open to how we might be wrong."
