Road Trips, Races and Hoarding (Epi 94)

Cheyne and Luis are back... Again!  Cheyne and Luis have taken an unscheduled but much needed hiatus from the podcast, but in the meantime they have occupied themselves with life and adventure. Well, Luis has. In this episode we dive into essentially what Luis has been up to. He's taken yet another road trip to Florida and begins his journey to find out whether or not he has inherited his mother's talent with plants and gardening. After returning from his road trip Luis participates in his first obstacle course race in over 15 months. It was quite the experience. Luis also talks about his recent experience with his Uncle and helping him clean out a room. Cheyne and Luis discuss how people identify themselves via objects and how that mentality also relates to our health and wellness.  This is a very Luis heavy content episode with the prize of the next episode being very Cheyne heavy.
