Kim and Tia discuss the negative effects of comparing oneself to another. Often when we compare ourselves there is a tendency to feel less than and to fall into lack. When we compare we will often create blocks and therefore, we stop our creative flow. It is a way of preventing ourselves from putting ourselves out into the Universe. It is the ego that gets in the way and it is the ego that says you are not good enough or the other is better than me. It is not about being perfect. It is about being the best that we can be and being ok with that. Our best is good enough. Who we intrinsically are is amazing and is more than enough. We need to stop looking at the other and stop comparing. As Brene Brown says, “stay in your lane.”
