There's always hope

September 03, 2021 01:00 - 31 minutes - 43 MB

As they explain, hope is not only scientifically proven to boost immune function and decrease pain, but having hope that there is an answer is what will make sure you keep searching for that answer rather than giving up. Someone who is proof you should never give up hope that you can get better is listener Betty, who had a very trauma...

Speaking is healing

August 13, 2021 01:00 - 32 minutes - 44.9 MB

Nik and Eva Speakman explain why a problem shared really is a problem halved. They believe that speaking is healing, as silence can make problems feel bigger when they only live inside your own head.
