At the age of 40, Rachel was frazzled! As a busy mum with a career in IT, she had been managing a Chronic Autoimmune Disease since her 20s and it was taking its toll on her physically and mentally. 

After quitting her 9-5, Rachel recovered her health through natural routes. Realising that so many others could do the same she studied Functional Medicine and Mind-Body techniques and has supported many people in recovering their health by addressing their lifestyle, emotions, and past trauma so they can feel confident and energised from the inside out.
