133: Rachel A. - first call

🔸 Rachel sees an IFS therapist, but thinks they may have hurried through some steps (protectors before exiles). We get to know those protectors, and it's wonderful. We explore some aspects of the process more deeply; perhaps a good illustration for anyone new to IFS.
