Sarah has Bipolar Disorder Type 2 and is a musician/artist/dancer, while Jessica has Bipolar Disorder Type 1 and is an HR professional - complete opposite fields and passions! Because we have the same disorder but experience it in wildly different ways, we can connect with a wide variety of folks with lived experience. Collectively we also have BPD traits, OCD, Anxiety, CPSTD, ADHD, and other letters of the alphabet. Join us as we discuss our ongoing mental health journey and interview folks along the way!
