Like so many in her family, Camilla sleep walked from an early age, often finding herself in places where she didn't go to bed. During a stressful time in her life, her sleep walking became frequent and she became afraid to sleep, which turned into insomnia. Several years after a dramatic change thanks to her work with a CBTi therapist, Camilla decided to make a career change and become a sleep coach and insomnia therapist.
