What we think that we dislike in other people, is really just a misalignment of thought within ourselves (and therefore also what we don't like about ourselves either). Whenever we judge, criticize, or label other peoples behaviour as selfish, wrong or inadequate - the 'bad' feeling we experience isn't actually a result of another persons action or inaction, but a result of viewing others in a negative light. Your inner being (source, God, higher self, etc) loves you and others unconditionally. So when you experience anything other than love towards yourself or others, due to thinking in a way that causes you to withdrawal that unconditional love - you'll always feel 'off' or 'bad'. Usually we think that we need to remove those aspects from our lives, including the people that display those aspects, because we think it's their selfishness, thoughtlessness, or whatever label we've given, that's causing our emotional turmoil. But really, all the turmoil is coming from within - from thoughts that don't align with who you really are. Lets explore!
