In this episode I chat with ex-boxer Steve Woollett who has been living sober for 14 years after an incident that changed his life. Steve uses talking about the worst night of his life which he now sees as the best of night of his life as a driver to stay sober. He talks about it whenever he can to keep it at the forefront of his mind but has found that through talking about his past, he enables people to confront their own fears and stories around addiction.
A powerful story from a wonderful human being who has truly done the work to change his conditioning.

If you are struggling with physical dependancy on alcohol consider contacting a local AA meeting or a drug and alcohol therapist. Always consult a GP before stopping alcohol.
