In this episode I talk with yoga therapist Lissie Turner who in her previous very high profile life as radio presenter for JJJ Mel In The Morning aka Mel Bampton was an extreme party girl.
We talk about becoming a better parent, partying with Pharrell Williams, Jack Black. Drug overdoses, living up to your profile, and stepping in to your new way of being.
Lissie and her husband Shane now run a beautiful yoga studio in the Northern Rivers in NSW, Australia where they also host a twice yearly Dissolving Patterns Workshop which deal directly with addiction recovery and how to break free from self limiting behaviours.
Both have completely transformed their lives through yoga and in turn have set out to help others on their path to a obtaining a fulfilled and wholesome life.
