The affirmation for today is FORGIVENESS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT CAN BE FORCED. Don't feel that you have to be forced into forgiving others. It will not be genuine or truthful. It is okay to acknowledge your feelings about the offense and process your thoughts before forgiving others. Take your time because it is a process. Forgiveness is not to be forced because you may hurt yourself even more by doing so.
