Eréndira is the founder and head visionary at Spirit School, a decolonial learning and support container that bridges the space between self, systems, and spirituality to create anti-oppressive, equitable, and liberated individuals, communities, and the world. Eréndira works as a coach, consultant, community builder, creative, and educator. She is a justice and equity advocate and a transformation and liberation enthusiast. Her vision is to empower you to claim what you know to be true about the Divine and to return that to the world. She aims to support individuals and communities through the uncertainty that accompanies transformation and liberation. Her work is grounded in story-listening and story-telling.

Golden Nuggets:

✨ “Start by asking questions and getting curious about yourself.”

✨ “I can't know what things need to change until I pick and stock everything that formed me whether that's my own life experiences or the life experiences of the people who've come before me..”

✨ “Talk about your conception of anything outside or beyond you, where did that come from, and what shifted it to where it is now.”

✨ “Instead of reacting with the first emotion, the first word, the first thing that needs to come out, taking a pause, settling back down into what's really at the heart of my anger, what's really at the heart of my frustration..”

✨ “I don't think we can change unjust systems, I don't think we can decolonize until we can really get comfortable with discomfort and not having everyone like us.”

✨ “We all have places where we do have power, and we do have the capacity to bring change.”

✨ “I think decolonizing is also about reclaiming and refinding your power. You do have the power.”

✨ “Don't be afraid to look into the shadows, to look into the parts of your story that you wish weren't, cause I think the parts that we wish weren't are usually the parts that were the real gems are.”

✨ “Internal healing is not a quick fix.”

✨ “Decolonizing is about undoing systemic oppression and the hard parts of that but it's also about finding joy in your life.”
