Dr Kelsy Corbett is a Doctor of Eastern Medicine, Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Holistic Health Coach, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor.  Her mission is to empower and teach ambitious women how to tap into the innate wisdom of their bodies so they can heal, step into their true power and find balance in all areas of their lives.


While going through her own healing journey,  Dr. Kelsey found certain approaches and teachings extremely transformational.  She is passionate about guiding her clients through these ancient teachings and connecting the dots to certain patterns that are showing up throughout the body.

✨ “When we experience any type of shock this causes imbalances within the heart and can affect our sleep, it can cause palpitations, PTSD, there are so many ways that can manifest in the body.”


✨ “Acupuncture specifically helps to increase blood flow to certain parts of the brain that are affected. ”


✨ “When we go through that trauma there is a lack of blood flow to our brain.”


✨ “The ear points are great. You can treat the whole body with the ear.”


✨ “The needles stimulate peripheral nerves which send the signal to the brain and just instantly calm the nervous system.”


✨ “The more you heal, the more aligned you are and the more things are gonna flow to and from you.”


✨ “It's good to have different passions and different interests, I don't think it's a bad thing.”
