As promised, today's episode is all about my own personal worst bad mental habits. 
I hold nothing back, as I dive into all the ways past trauma and insecurities disrupt my daily thoughts, influence the way I think and feel about myself and how I let them talk myself out of great ideas and convince me I'm just not good enough.

I also share where I think the bad mental habits might come from and how I work through them in order to create more happiness and joy for myself, in my daily life.
