Bad mental habits. Something I’m sure we all have and that every once in a while disrupts our healthy mindsets.

This episode is all about unhelpful behaviours that happen because of past trauma and insecurities. It’s about always assuming the worst about yourself and assuming others think the worst of you. It’s about talking yourself out of great ideas and convincing yourself you aren’t capable.

We are taking a closer look at tons of different bad mental habits, and how we can destroy them and turn them into something positive.
