Hello, welcome, and a HUGE big whopping thank you for coming back to listen to season 4 of Everyday Burnout Conversations!

This season, I'm doing something a little different. I'll be recording bite-sized weekly solo sessions, where I'll share little nuggets of wisdom and insight that you can catch while you're on the go or chilling out for 10 mins over the unfolding busy and festive weeks ahead.

The inspiration behind these solo sessions is that we are about to walk into the carnage known as Christmas. In a nutshell, many of us come to the end of the year with sacks full of anxiety, stress, fears, triggers and shit we've been carrying around for months. For four weeks a year, we dress it all up in tinsel and pretend to the world that we are fine... we are absolutely bloody fine.

December is basically the month we take all our exhaustion and burnout, throw some fairy lights over it, and then hose it down with Baileys.

Truth?!

'Tis the season of lists. They are as long as our arms and feel like they're coming out of our nether regions! lol

So, in today's episode, I'm asking the question: Where are you on the list?

I discuss why the list has to begin with us and why we should start our day with us. Let me know if you try the challenge and how you get on.

Oh, and if little ears are around - pop your headphones on, as there will be some swears.
