In this episode, I chat with author, podcaster and coach, Sophie Cliff. 

Sophie Cliff is also known as the Joyful Coach. She is a qualified positive psychology practitioner and holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. 

Sophie founded Joy Futures, a workplace well-being consultancy designed to help organisations bring the joy back into work. She is also the host of chart-topping podcast, Practical Positivity, and the author of Choose Joy - Relieve Burnout, Focus on Your Happiness & Infuse More Joy into Your Everyday Life.
