In this episode, I share more about how to see and properly react to the warning signs than what the actual signs are. When it comes to your health, there are some major warning signs such as high blood pressure or shortness of breath. Minor warning signs happen much more often and usually go unnoticed, for example having a resting heart rate that starts to increase over a short period of time.

Seeing the warning signs is one thing, but creating a plan to eliminate them is what leads to long term success.
