I am thrilled to welcome my mom, Eva Aigner, to the podcast! Since she and my dad are the reasons that I have created Clear Choices, it is only fitting that they are my first interviews.
Eva was born in 1937 in Kosice, Czechoslavakia, but moved to Hungary, Budapest just two years later because her father's business license was taken away. This was the beginning of the oppression her family and millions of others faced because of their Jewish religion. You will hear how, through some amazing choices that were made, my mother survived the worst genocide in history, met my father, immigrated to America, made a new life for herself, and created a legacy for many generations to come.

"You can either stay to be a victim or turn this around and tell people we are not victims, we are survivors."

In this episode, you will hear:
- My mom's testimony of her survival through the Holocaust and immigration to America
- How my mother and father began a new life in America despite many challenges
- The choice they made to begin telling their difficult history to help others and create an amazing legacy

Thank you so much for listening! Please subscribe to the show, leave a review, and share it with a friend.
