Emotional is NOT a bad word! In this series on empowering women, I am now addressing my own personal experience with being called "too emotional' as a child. Emotions are natural, through the Mentally STRONG method we can teach ourselves how to control our emotions so they don't control us, but it is good to be emotional, own it!!
