I feel like I'm standing on two different grounds, with a large crack in between, if I move too quickly I'll fall through. 

I'm in a transition period and I'm EXCITED (yes) to be starting therapy again to work through this. 

We have no shame in going to physio to recover our body after a bad injury, so there's no shame in going to therapy to heal our mind when facing challenge or trauma. 

I'm sharing my journey through my therapy sessions, as much as I can and am comfortable with, for my own record and in hopes we can end the stigma around therapy.
