I am constantly asked:

    How do I change how I feel about something or someone?

    How do I change my beliefs about something?

    How do I achieve my goals?

    Do affirmations work? And what about visualizations?

Many of us seem to want to find the one-step formula, or a 5-step formula max, for permanent change. And although that is the title of many courses on the Internet and in the world of personal development, my experience is that this is a process. And that process can be so personal that no process follows exactly the same formula or the same steps. Now, one of the tools that can be used in these processes and that has given rise to a lot of "content” on the internet is Affirmations.

In this episode we are going to talk about affirmations, what they are, and whether they work or not, and I will share other tools, to help people to change:

thought patterns,overcome limiting beliefsand achieve goals.

And a "formula" (although I don't like that name), which I share with my clients, to make it part of your day.
