Serena Simmons is a Chartered Psychologist and Senior  Psychology lecturer at Nottingham Trent University. She is also a psychology consultant specialising in behaviour change and peak performance. In addition to all of this, she is also the founder of The Psychology School. She regularly appears in the media to discuss her work, and her passion lies in helping people to change their lives, while having fun.
