Having weak (or nonexistent) personal boundaries can lead to us feeling manipulated, exploited, drained and passive-aggressive. In this episode, we'll discuss how you can identify whether or not you have a serious boundary issue and how this may be playing out negatively in your life and relationships, likely leading to feelings of worthlessness & weakness and making it impossible to develop a healthy sense of self-worth and emotional stability.
