Worry is a normal part of everyday life, but excessive worrying can affect your mental health.
In this episode, I talk about how to spot problematic worrying, the different types of worry and I go through some of the CBT strategies to reduce worry, for a calmer less anxious mind.
At around 8 minutes, I describe a clinical definition of worry and the symptoms that worriers can experience.
