This can be low, where we are experiencing an anxiety disorder and clinical depression, or it can be mediocre, where we feel we are just getting by and doing okay... but your barometer can also be way up there at 80-100 per cent! I'll share a simple writing exercise that will help you restore your mental health to its highest capacity.
