Oftentimes we have thoughts on a loop and don’t even realize it or know where they can from, so we need to rewire them to be able to step into our 2.0 life and find peace and freedom. Jill Bunny is here to explain how she used her pain and struggle to transform her 1.0 life into her 2.0 life, and how can too.

Jill Bunny is a professional athlete turned mental health professional and therapist. She helps women change their relationship with their bodies, creating their 2.0 NSL (Neuro-Slim Life) by teaching sustainable weight management techniques they can use long-term. Jill is a cancer survivor and someone who lives with MS, but she doesn’t let that define her. Jill teaches women how to think differently so that their sabotaging thoughts no longer hold them back from achieving their weight loss goals. She wants you to live a life full of confidence, energy, passion, and purpose.

In this episode, Jill shares her story of struggling with self-image and an eating disorder, going through a divorce, being diagnosed with MS and thyroid cancer, and how she learned to pick herself up and learned to love herself. So many of us know what we should be doing to create a better life for ourselves, but we avoid the tasks we don’t want to do, which takes mental capacity and ends up taking more energy than just doing the actual thing we need to do.
