During this time of year, I  let myself rest while I ponder what I want in the new year. This time of year I am all about laying the foundation for the year by day dreaming and planting seeds. Later in the spring when there is more light and action energy I will get to making those dreams into reality.

In other words, a slow start to a new year still allows plenty of time for reaching goals and changing habits.

In this week’s podcast, I am sharing 3 happiness-boosting exercises that take 2 minutes because even in winter, there is room for some happiness.
