Presence Is An Inside Job, #528

In this episode, we talk about the first stone of presence. Presence is inside. Everything starts inside of us. If we are not present to or aware of our own thinking and feelings, we are merely responding to things around us and not exercising power to create. Why would we do that?
One reason is our habits. If we train ourselves to wander through days responding to what is around us, then we never become aware of or capable of controlling our environment or creating our reality. Sometimes, we are afraid of missing out so we are hyper-vigilant of everything everyone else is saying or doing. This is a sure way to miss out on the real power you have to create your life experience.
