This is something that I have personally been thinking a lot about lately. Seeing the value in it as well as struggling to make it part of my daily life. 

 

Constantly being "plugged in" and "on" really adds up and eventually leads to information overload. We are never giving our brains a chance to rest and reset. 

 

I am sharing today from a place of awareness and wanting to grow in this area, because I am far from perfect (obviously!)
