When I say Nonnegotiables, I am referring to your most basic needs for recharging and protecting your personal energy.
This includes paying attention to each of the 4 sources of energy
- Physical
- Mental
- Emotional
- Spiritual
Focusing on building the daily habits, routines, and rhythms that will support and sustain you each day.
The goal is to get to the point where, just like your core values, your nonnegotiables are top of mind and easily communicated.
When you are clear on what you need to support each of your energy sources, you will begin to design your day around your nonnegotiables. These are your big rocks, the necessary components of your day and your week that set you up for success.
