On this episode, we talk about depression and how to fight it. You have many ways to overcome depression, but like must of the roadblocks we've disgust so far it's not just about overcoming but understanding why they exist in the first place. If you have depression or suffer from it seek out a licensed therapist or doctor. This is not medical advice and shouldn't be taken in such. Now that we have that out of the way 

Let's have a heart to heart conversation. 


How many people have you seen over the last five years kill themselves they are all linked back to depression? As I'm writing this I can think of 3 off the top of my head easily.


The thing about depression, it's just like fear sometimes you don't even know you're in it until it's too late or you're simply so far gone off in your own world you have no idea what's going on.


Depression is something that I've battled for as long as I can remember, but what started to change for me is when I realized the patterns I would create, which it held up the depression. 

Listen to what I just said (I created the patterns and situations). I took the necessary steps to understand the root of my depression and I plucked it out.


Homework:

Seek out a licensed therapist that knows and understands memory reconsolidation.Understand the roots of your experience that caused your depression and get rid of it.Run as if your life depends on it.
