how deeply rooted into our subconscious the after effect on losing weight can have on us.

Causing emotional traps we continually 
feed into and eat off of throughout our entire lives. 
This episode will be broken up into two parts in order for me to help you focus on a 
little so we can accomplish a lot.   
Our major focus on this episode has to do with poor self image.
Each episode comes with some type of tangible transnational steps 
that must be taken for change to happen in your life. 

Home work:

1.Know where you are and where you’re going.

2.Write down your plan of action and see it through.

3.Disconnect your emotional attachment to your pain.

4.Seek the root on the problem and start the inner work.
