In this episode, we’re building your metal action muscle. The best way to activate this muscle is by using it. We start by taking action on little things, which helps you take action on the big things (the big picture- your dream).


Every time you stop the flow of life, your life will never change. Sounds obvious right? Well, why do you have a huge to-do list or procrastination has become a part of your personality? 

As simple as it may sound or be you have to work that particular muscle forward to grow. When you have a thought write it down then take action. Every time you put your thoughts off or to the side they won’t grow. If you never take action your cup will remain full. Those thoughts will always be present and consistent with the amount of action put behind it.  Your thoughts won’t grow if your actions don’t.
