Next Episode: Do you want Comfort or a Solution?
In this episode we go through the different reasons as to why it may be difficult for someone to apologies. We take a look at why it is good to man up and admit your wrongdoing.
We ask the question do you shift blame?
What is it like being on the other side of you? Are you someone who never assumes responsibility, and what does that look like from the other persons POV!
It is ok messing up, everyone makes mistakes, but it is not ok to never take accountability.
We also discuss what is means to apologies and what that entails, which is a change in behavior. Apologies with no change in behavior are just words with no meaning.
