Note from Aimee J.: Be consistent.

Action: In everything you do, be consistent. It is better to do something consistently once a week than to do it every few days and then stop for a week. If you do that, you won’t be reliable. Start off small and slowly if you need to and then build up your consistency. If you do it this way, you’re more likely to keep a habit going than to quit.

You are Needed. And most importantly,
YOU ARE ENOUGH.
