Action: While there are hierarchies in the work place and other social constructs, that is where it ends. Because in society, in day to day life, we are all equals. Regardless, of your gender, race, religion, age, or sexuality, we are all equals. It’s important to remember that when talking or interacting with one another. It’s something some people seem to forget. Because at the end of the day, we’re all a part of the same human race.
