Action: It can be very tempting to be the smartest person in the room. But if you are in fact that smartest person in the room, you are in the wrong room. You won’t be able to learn; you be able to grow. You won’t be challenged, because you don’t have someone smarter than you to do so. Find rooms, where you are not the smartest person, and where you can find mentors, peers to hold you accountable. Find the room where you can grow.

You have a Future in Front of You Full of Possibilities.
You are not Ready to Peak Just Yet.
