Topic: Make Time for Rest
Action: Relax, Reflect, and Release. You may think working or studying like it’s a marathon without stopping is better, but it is most definitely not. People who take breaks, who rest, find they are better equipped to tackle challenges than people who work nonstop. Taking breaks, even just an hour, will bring your energy levels up enough for you to make more progress than if you had never stopped. That’s why it is SO important that you make time for rest. Power naps, mental breaks with friends, even a walk around the block will help. Sunday’s are great days for rest. Work some times for break into your weekday schedules and let me know how much improvement you see, because I know you will.
